Pais Dinogad

The oldest lullaby known in the British Isles, set to a melody I found while walking from Caernarfon to Holyhead in Anglesey. I once sang this to Prince Charles.

This film is made at Old England Hole in Kent, some months after delving for the lullaby. Old Kent Hole is the site where the last native warriors stood against Julius Caesar in his first invasion. Filmed in 2018.
